Judy'S Quick Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast (any size)
    small amount of water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Add roast and water to roaster.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix on roast. Cover.
    Set oven to 225\u00b0, cook all day.
    About 1 hour before serving, add potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
    Makes great gravy.
