Spinach And Cottage Cheese Casserole(Meatless Main Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. small curd cottage cheese
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 c. margarine
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 pkg. frozen spinach
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. coriander seed (ground)

Preparation

When I double this for church potlucks, I use 1/4 pound Cheddar and 1/4 pound Swiss cheese.
