Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Add stuffing mix and oleo.
    Put in baking dish and top with additional stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
