Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of pepper
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. soft bread cubes
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli, following package directions.
    Drain. Cook onion in salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter, flour, salt and dash of pepper.
    Add milk. Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Reduce heat.
    Blend in cream cheese until smooth.
