Crunchy Cheese Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. minced chives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 med. potatoes, peeled sliced 1/4 in. thick
    1 c. cheese
    1/2 c. finely crushed corn flakes
    Additional minced chives, opt.
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.
    Spread in a 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan.
