Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 very large tomatoes (3 to 4 inches in diameter)
    4 Tbsp. unseasoned bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 fresh lemon
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes in half around the middle.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper; set aside.
    Combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and melted butter.
    Remove seeds from tomatoes, leaving as much of the tomato as possible.
    Gently pat the bread crumb mixture into each half tomato and add a few drops of fresh lemon juice.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with extra parsley, if desired.
