Cheesie Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and grate potatoes.
    Then, in saucepan on low heat, combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir occasionally until almost melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Fold in potatoes.
