Australian Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 large chopped onions
    1 frozen 9-inch deep dish pie crust
    1 frozen 9-inch regular pie crust
    1 jar Heinz brown gravy
    salt and pepper to taste
    thyme to taste
Preparation
    Brown onion and beef in heavy saucepan.
    Add brown gravy, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Cook mixture fully about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and skim off fat.
    Fill deep dish pie shell and place regular one on top.
    Crimp and pierce top with fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is brown.
