Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, diced
1 Tbsp. sliced jalapenos (more or less to taste)
Preparation

Cut up Velveeta into a crock-pot.
Add other ingredients. When it all melts together, it's done.
Serve as a dip with Tostitos or other type of corn chips.
