Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sugar when done.
