Seasoned Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. whole fresh green beans
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Quickly stir-fry 1 pound of beans in oil in large skillet over high heat.
    Remove beans and set aside.
    Stir-fry remaining beans and then add reserved beans.
    Reduce heat.
    Stir in water and salad dressing mix.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are crisp-tender.
    Makes 6 cups or 10 to 12 servings.
    (Well received at potlucks and with family.)
