Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar, salt, meal and vinegar.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add margarine, which has been melted, and vanilla. Blend until thick and creamy.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and cook at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until crust and filling are a deep golden brown.
