Pineapple-Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

1 large baked pie shell
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 small Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt in large saucepan.
Stir in pineapple (juice and all), sour cream and lemon juice.
Cook over low heat and stir often until thickened and it comes to a boil, then cook and stir constantly for about 5 minutes.
Slowly add beaten egg yolks and continue to cook for 2 minutes longer.
Cool. Spoon into large baked pie shell.
Cool.
Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
