Pepper Marmalade Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beef steaks (1-inch cut)
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
    4 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Rub pepper into both sides of steaks.
    Place on broiler pan, keeping steaks 2 to 3 inches away from broiler element.
