Honey Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. honey
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. white flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Scald milk, and add butter, salt, and honey.
    Cool to lukewarm and add yeast mixture.
    Add white flour and whole wheat flour, a cup at a time. Knead until dough is elastic and shiny.
    Let rise in a warm place until double.
    Punch down and shape into loaves.
    Let rise to the top of the pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
