Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat thoroughly sugar and oil.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing in order given.
    Line pans with wax paper; otherwise, it sticks badly.
    Bake in 3 layers or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
