Baked Hand Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Texas style biscuits
3 cans cooked apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
raisins (optional)
bottled cinnamon-sugar
Preparation

Let biscuits set out for a few minutes before rolling out. Then roll out on floured surface.
Roll out 1 biscuit per pie.
To cook apples, add cinnamon and sugar in apples, then spread apples on rolled out biscuit.
Fold over, brush with oil, dip fork in flour and press around edge of pie.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes or brown.
Yields 20 pies.
