Summer Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all above with 1 cup of the pecans.
    Refrigerate one hour and then form into a ball.
    Roll in remaining pecans.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
