Baked Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed cooked carrots
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick oleo, melted
3 eggs, beaten
dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (on top)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes in buttered casserole.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake 45 minutes longer.
