Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
maraschino cherries
crushed pineapple (small can; liquid included)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. vanilla jello pudding
toasted coconut (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl following directions on cake mix box. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Top with toasted coconut, if desired. Serves 12.
