Cranberry Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag raw cranberries
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1 c. peeled apple, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
whipped cream (approximately 1 c.)
Preparation

Wash and drain cranberries; mince (or grind) in blender or food processor.
Combine with marshmallows and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Add grapes, apple, walnuts and salt.
Fold in whipped cream, just enough to moisten all ingredients. Transfer salad into serving bowl and garnish with holly, etc.
Freeze at least overnight (the salad will be served in the same bowl you freeze it in).
Let thaw 1 hour before serving.
It should be semi-frozen when served.
Freeze unused portion; refrigeration will not do!
