Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 or 9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, spices, salt, lemon juice and margarine. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set in center. Cool.
