Pistachio Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes pistachio pudding
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts or raisins
Preparation
    Blend the first 3 ingredients.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add milk and mix.
    Then add all dry ingredients and nuts or raisins; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    These burn easily so watch closely.
    Makes 6 dozen.
