Bulldog Reducing Diet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. cottage cheese, uncreamed
    2 c. carrots (canned solids)
    2 c. green beans (canned solids)
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    2 c. rice
    4 c. water
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter slightly.
    Add other 3 ingredients. Stir.
    Turn on low heat; cover and cook until done.
