Baby Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 jars plum baby food
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; add oil and eggs one at a time, beating well until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Fold in baby food, vanilla and chopped nuts.
    Turn in a 10-inch greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn out and glaze while hot, if desired.
