Ingredients

1 1/2 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 to 3 pkg. Equal or 6 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper or to taste
Preparation

Combine cucumber and onion slices in a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over slices.
Toss and serve immediately.
