Cranapple-Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. brown sugar or 1 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. walnut pieces
1/2 lb. cranberries (whole fresh)
Preparation

Cream together oil and sugar (or honey).
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Sift together flour and dry ingredients.
Add to wet ingredients.
Stir.
Stir in apples, cranberries and nuts. Bake in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
