Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place butter, oats and water in bowl; stir well.
Cool.
Add all remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Let cake set out of oven for 5 minutes.
