Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. instant yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix oil in warmed buttermilk.
    (60 seconds in microwave.) Mix flour, soda, salt, sugar and yeast together.
    Stir for 60 seconds.
    Combine with buttermilk and oil.
    Roll out in white flour and let rise until it doubles itself-about an hour at room temperature. Roll out again and cut into biscuits.
    Let rise about 10 minutes.
    Bake in hot oven 400\u00b0.
