Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 apple slices
    4 onion slices
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    sweet potato slices
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chops and drain fat.
    Return chops to skillet and top each with a slice of apple and a slice of onion. Sprinkle brown sugar over all.
    Fit thick slices of sweet potatoes around pork chops.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Simmer until chops are tender.
    Yield: 4 servings.
