Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can angel flake coconut
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

In a 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray, sprinkle the can of angel flake coconut and the pecans or walnuts.
Mix a German chocolate cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut in pan.
Cream one stick of butter, cream cheese, and box of powdered sugar together well. Drop by spoonfuls over top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool, cut, and eat.
