Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 sprigs parsley
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    pinch of thyme
    1 c. Milk
    1/2 C. water
    1 small potato, chopped
    1/2 Can corn, drained
    1/4 lb. cut up fish fillet (white fish tastes best)
Preparation
    Saute first 5 ingredients in a little butter.
    Add milk, water, potato and corn; simmer 5 minutes.
    Add fish and simmer 5 more minutes till fish is flaky and potato is cooked.
