Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. uncorned beef brisket
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Sprinkle soup mix over the top of the brisket.
    Wrap in heavy foil, sealing all seams so that juices do not escape.
    Place in oven at 200\u00b0 for
    8 hours.
    Slice across grain.
    Make gravy from drippings.
