Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium red skin potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1/4 c. celery
    2 green onions, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dry mustard powder
    1/2 c. sliced red radishes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, radishes and onions.
    In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard powder, sugar, pepper, turmeric and celery seed.
    Add vinegar and milk; stir until mixed. Combine with potato mixture; stir well.
    Chill before serving.
