Coke Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. black cherry jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
6 1/2 oz. Coke
3 oz. cream cheese
1 can dark sweet cherries
Preparation

Mix warm cream cheese and dry jello in glass bowl. Drain juice from cherries and pineapple to make 1 cup.
Heat juices just to boiling; pour over mixture, stirring thoroughly. Refrigerate until thick and syrupy, not set.
Add cold Coke, stirring thoroughly.
Refrigerate to same consistency. Add hand mashed cherries, pineapple and pecans. Refrigerate until firm.
