Grilled Minted Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. finely chopped mint leaves or 2 tsp. dry mint leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
7 to 8 lb. butterflied leg of lamb
Preparation

Combine marinade ingredients in a large shallow glass or ceramic container. Add lamb. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate at least 4 hours.
Turn during marinating.
