Broiled Squirrel - cooking recipe

Ingredients

dressed squirrel
1/2 Tbsp. lard
salt and pepper

Preparation

Salt and pepper the squirrels.
Brush with lard and broil on a rack about 40 minutes.
Baste with drippings every 10 to 15 minutes.
