Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 onion, minced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
4 oz. Swiss cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip together. Grate and mix Swiss and Mozzarella together.
Layer all ingredients in order in a large salad bowl. This should be made 24 hours in advance so flavors will mix. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Do not shake or toss. When serving, dip straight down through all layers to the bottom.
