Chicken Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake in buttered casserole.
    Top with buttered crumbs, crackers or bread.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
    Use a 10 x 6-inch baking casserole dish. (It is just as good without the chestnuts.)
