Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple concentrate, thawed
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
5 c. peeled and sliced apples
3 pkg. artificial sweetener
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Combine apple juice concentrate, cornstarch and spices in a saucepan.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in salt, apples and artificial sweetener.
Pour into one of the pie shells.
Top with remaining pie shells, sealing edges and cutting vents.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown. Yield:
8 servings.
