Country Ham Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. packed ground, cooked country cured ham
    1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
    Serve with assorted crackers or on cocktail biscuits.
