Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cooked garbanzo beans (Mexican section), drained
    1/2 c. tahini (ground sesame seed paste, Ethnic grocery)
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 cloves garlic (small size), mashed
    salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)
    drained water from garbanzo beans
Preparation
    In food processor, add drained garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves and salt.
    Beat all ingredients together in food processor until smooth.
    Add a little of drained water at a time so consistency of finished product is like sour cream. Spread in a flat plate.
    Sprinkle with olive oil and a dash of paprika.
    Eat with pita bread.
