Texas Torte No. 2(Breakfast Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 4 oz. green chiles (optional)
    3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated (if you use the kind of jalapeno peppers, you don't need the green chiles)
    1 small container small curd cottage cheese
    sausage, cooked lightly and drained (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend eggs, flour, salt and pepper well and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
