Crock-Pot Barbecued Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) pork loin roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Season roast with salt and pepper; place in crock-pot.
    Cook on high for 1 hour.
    Turn to low and cook for 10 hours longer. Remove roast; trim off fat and remove bone.
    Pour juice from crock-pot.
    Put roast back in pot, pour barbecue sauce over roast and cook on low 8 to 10 hours longer.
    Serve on toasted hamburger buns, if desired.
    Roast may be started around six in the evening and be ready for the next day's evening meal.
