Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions
    3 cans red kidney beans
    1 envelope chili mix
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3 dried chili peppers
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Saute beef in large pot until brown; drain fat.
    Chop up onions and pepper; add to meat.
    Cook until onions look clear. Add everything else.
    Cook on low for a while.
