Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrot
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. chopped chicken
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and carrot in margarine for 10 minutes. Add flour to mixture and stir.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Combine broth and milk.
    Stir into flour mixture and cook until thick.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Add chicken.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with pastry and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
