Citrus Honey Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange and lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. butter
    juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon
    1/4 c. honey
    1 (16 oz.) can early garden peas, drained
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
Preparation
    Saute rinds in butter in skillet.
    Stir in juices and honey. Boil until thickened.
    Stir in peas and pimentos.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Yields 4 servings.
