Potato-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. baking potatoes
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill
    paprika
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Peel and grate. Combine potatoes with sour cream, 1 cup cheese, carrot, onion, parsley, salt, dill and pepper.
    Turn into buttered, 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
