Microwave Italian Zucchini(Zuke Those Zucchini) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. whole fresh mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine (optional)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Place zucchini and next 5 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High 13 to 16 minutes until zucchini is crisp-tender, stirring once.
    Ladle into bowls; sprinkle with evenly divided Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Makes 4 servings.
