Chopped Liver Molds(Duck Shaped) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or calves liver
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Broil liver or saute with onions in chicken fat.
    Grind liver, cooked onion and hard-boiled eggs until fine.
    Season.
    Use enough water to give a consistency which will be moldable.
